Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana

The Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana was formed out of a desire, commitment, and need to focus on diversity as an integral part of our organizations. We welcome individuals from any organization interested in implementing a diversity strategy or maintaining a current initiative, or anyone interested in learning more about diversity issues in the Central Indiana community.

Diversity Roundtable Mission

The Roundtable provides a forum for leaders, advocates, and supporters of organizational diversity efforts to network, enhance diversity competencies, and advocate for diversity-sensitive policies and practices.
