8:30 am         Registration and Check-In

9:00 am         Opening Remarks

9:15 am         Keynote Speaker: David Lewis, Lewis Consulting Group

We will examine the 14 dimensions of diversity through the lens of Emotional Intelligence

This workshop will:

1) Examine Emotional Intelligence as it relates to interpersonal relationships

2) Examine how recognizing our own feeling and those of others promotes personal &

occupational success

3) Examine why Emotional Intelligence is more important than IQ

11:30 am Break / Lunch / Presentation of Grants &

Edu-tainment by Ryan White actor from Children's Museum

12:45 pm Picture This Interactive Business Theatre

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of not only ethnicity and gender, but also

personality, education, technology and work style. Through character discussion, we raise

awarenes about acceptance and respect.

1:45 pm Wrap Up & Closing Comments

2:00 pm Optional Tour of Power of Children and Egyptian Exhibit

2009 Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana Annual Conference
