Membership Director

The purpose of the Membership Director of the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana as defined by the Board of Directors is to actively recruit and retain financially active companies and their respective representatives that satisfy the membership criterion. Responsibilities of the Director may include but are not limited to:

• Develop and distribute Member Information packets in a timely and efficient manner to new members
• Recruit and retain a diverse membership through well defined strategies and collaboration with Marketing / Community Relations Director
• Develop and submit an annual Membership Committee budget for approval to the Board of Directors
• Update and maintain the membership email and mailing list in order ensure proper distribution of monthly meeting agendas and other membership information
• Work collectively with the Board of Directors to ensure up-to-date and accurate Membership documentation and financial information
• Ensure the information related to membership is updated and accurate on the Roundtable’s website
